One membership covers the whole Sangam: event member pricing, voting, the member dashboard — and, for school families, it is the same membership that school registration activates. A person is stored once: member, parent, teacher, volunteer and donor are roles on a single record, never duplicate accounts.

The primary member adds a spouse and children once. Children registered at Tamil school are linked automatically — the same login then shows your membership, your tickets and your children's school records. No second account, no "what is my MTS ID?" — a real question a parent asked this year, because today the school (CTA) ID and the MTS ID are created by hand, separately.
Reminder emails go out 30, 15 and 7 days before expiry, sent through a proper email service (SendGrid / AWS SES with SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up) so they land in the inbox — not spam, which is where today's receipts and password resets end up.
